Sometimes, packages enter a pending tracking status during their journey between the Tjolo warehouse and shipping centers. Currently, we are unable to accommodate changes in size, color, length, or style after an order has been placed. However, if you wish to cancel your order before it is shipped, please reach out to us, and we will assist you with that.
